We will be discussing the possibility of a Swap&Sell table at Wings 2010. Remember for those that are interested, Eagles Day will be on the 24th of October, which actually is the date of our last meeting in October.
Congratulations to our team at the Waverly Interclub for a great job done. The theme kits were only received four weeks before the event, which put them behind the eight ball compared to other clubs, but still to put up an effort like they did is a tribute to their skill and fortitude.

A good turnout today, must be the better weather. Some excellent models on display and some great books available. Graham's completed Hudson looked great, John gave a lot of information on the 24th Scale Airfix build, sink holes on the detail side of parts, not something to endear you to the kit. Also John spoke about over scale thickness on the bomb fins as well.
A decision was taken to change one of the Micro Themes from Not what they were designed for to Maritime Aircraft. This is to broaden the theme and make it easier to supply kits for.
Also Barry suggested the Group look at an intraclub competition, perhaps as a theme to take a poor kit and judge the winner the club that can build the kit to the best standard. Something worth looking at.
