Hi Wince!

1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_aDMqFrUV8&feature=player_embedded
It is a video of Soviet heavy tank-destroyer. This particular one was made about 1950.
Information in Russian (new owner web-page) http://npf-tanais.blogspot.com.au/2012/09/1944.html
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISU-152 general information in English
Village was going to install it as monument, but no funding, so vehicle was standing in backyard for several years.
New owners fix/changed filters, electrical cables, radiators. Engine was not runned for half of century, but crowbar cranked it.
One more sample "forgotten" technology. I do not believe any modern vehicle can start and go after 40 years in backyard, open to elements.

2. It is a tank I am looking for: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leichttraktor May be anyone has idea about company, which may make kits like this?

3. Please, add this e-mail to your database.

Thank you.

Alex
